Location: Bloomfield, CT
Duration: 6 Months+
POSITION DESCRIPTION
• Provide capacity and expertise to support minor enhancements and adhoc requests
• Manage the Service Request (SR) intake, triage, and prioritization with client oversight
• Solid analytical skill with interest in learning business processes in a multi-platform system
• Adept in SAS Base and Macro programming with DB2 database
• Familiar with Unix scripting
• Good problem solving skill applied to debugging process flows and program error logs
• Able to work with business clients to understand and analyze business
Requirements:
• Experience with on-call support in a production environment
• Good communication skills
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
