Role: Visual Designers
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6+ Months
Positions: 3
* 3+ years web, mobile, and tablet design experience
* Solid understanding of interface design and IA/UX/interaction design; strong interaction design skills is a plus
* Understanding of HTML5 and CSS from a design perspective
* Knowledge of current web design standards & best practices
* A true understanding of UX principles and an advocate for User-Centered design
* Experience designing for consumer-facing websites
* Proficient with: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
Role Desirables
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, digital media, or relevant experience
* Previous work experience in an agile environment process a plus
* Some knowledge of responsive design is a plus
* Optimizing designs for usability and browser compatibility
* Ability to multi-task is of major importance
* Experience designing engaging interactive experiences across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablets, etc.)
* Understanding and experience applying current accessibility standards
