The candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a senior level of technical ability/experience, this implies ability to:
- self manage for a week at a time, minimum
- give accurate estimates of his own to-do times
- give and receive code reviews
- mentor other engineers on the technologies above
- recommend in which areas of a project effort will be most effective
