• Experience in Customization and Extension of Oracle Applications
• Knowledge and Experience of working with Java, PLSQL, SQL, Unix
• Knowledge of Oracle workflow / AME
• Knowledge of Oracle AIM documentation
• Knowledge of Oracle ACMP for patch creation and deployment
• Experience supporting Oracle Applications R12
• Knowledge of SDLC Lifecycle
• Good analytical skills
• Good Communication Skills"
• Experience in Oracle Financial Modules (GL, FAH, AP, PO, FA, CM, iexpense) and business processes
• Experience of application configuration / configuration changes in Oracle Financial Modules
• Knowledge of Oracle AOL (Flex fields, Profiles, Alerts, Value sets, Concurrent Programs etc)
Desirable Skill:
• Life and Annuity Insurance Domain knowledge
• US GAAP Accounting
