They should have hands on experience in Installation and Maintaining the Visual Studio 2012 and SQL SERVER 2012 (Licensed Version). Duration: 3 months (Other projects are lined up after this contract)
Phone Interview process- 2 or 3 phone interviews. These interviews are about 30 min and take all take place in a day or two
IT Experience: 8-10 years
MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS ON THIS ROLE:
Senior .NET developer:
Candidates must have a good computer they can do work on and be able to install visual studio 2012 and SQL Server 2012.
Senior developer (8+ years but prefer closer to 10) that can work independently and follow directions well from architect that is remote. They also need to have good communication (meaning they keep the manager update with their progress and can attend daily got meetings they hold virtually).
Provide technical design and implementation for projects based on Architect high level designs. Lead day to day activity of developers as part of an Agile team
