Long Term

·         Requires a thorough knowledge of data modeling, process modeling, data warehouse, and data management principles and processes.

·         Solid understanding of Master Data Management principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

·         Strong technical knowledge of data integration tools, data modeling tools, metadata tools, and database design. ETL processes, BI analytics and development strategies

·         SQL programming, relational databases and ER/dimensional modeling techniques.

·         Knowledge of medical coding systems, i.e. ICD9, CPT, HCPCS, ACGs is desirable.

·         Requires strong SQL, analytical, and computational skills.

·         Skilled in directing the work of a diversified staff in requirements definitions.

·         Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate appropriate timeframes for deliverables to customers.

·         Advanced interpersonal skills to interface effectively with department heads, employees, clients and staff.

·         Effective communication skills for interaction with staff, peers and customers.

·         Experience with data modeling tools and software.

·         Must be able to work as a member of a problem solving team. Requires strong analytical and computational skills.
