Position: BSA with HEALTHCARE & big data/DWH Exp.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6 month projects with chance for long term extensions.

BA NEEDS TO HAVE A HEALTHCARE BACKGROUND

·         Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills – both written and oral

·         Personality  - outgoing, ability to operate in a chaotic environment

·         Leadership – the current culture at company is to talk to the solution and not elicit the business needs.  The candidate needs the leadership skills to keep people on the path of eliciting and out of the solution rabbit holes

·         IT BA skills

·         At least 8 years of experience as a BA

·         Experienced in typical IT BA tasks – requirements elicitation, documentation – business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, use cases, etc.

·         Have to be experienced as a BA in large corp environments working on enterprise systems

·         Technical skills/background

·         Understands software development

·         Experienced with providing BA services in a big data/DWH environment.  This role will be the BSA that faces informatics and works with their internal BA's to write requirements around data, transformation rules, etc.

·         Someone who can get down in the weeds in this area but also be strategic and not lose the sight of the big picture

·         Tools

·         HP for requirements

·         ProVision for process modeling
