- 6 + years or more of Wintel server administration experience.
- In depth and hands on experience with Microsoft NT 4.0, 2000, 2003, 2008 design and engineering.
- 1 year of experience managing small to medium projects
- Must have experience with VMware
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, MS Group Policy (GPO) expertise, and one or more of the following:
- Clustering expertise
- VMware Virtual Infrastructure
- Citrix Metaframe
- Enterprise Patch Management expertise is required.
- Previous experience with Microsoft MOF / ITIL competencies is desirable
- Training and experience in high level server administration functions such as high availability, networking, or performance and tuning.
- MS certifications required.
