Location: Tallahassee, FL

Required:
• 7+ years' experience developing web applications
• 7+ years' experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing
• 7+ years' experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards
• 7+ years' experience developing in the .Net programming language
• 7+ years' experience in C# programming language
• Experience in ASP.NET
• 7+ years' experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing
• 7+ years' experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with other project managers and under the leadership of a Project Manager
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects with the following characteristics:
- High-profile
- Multiple technologies and functions
- Staff resources across multiple initiatives/projects
- Close coordination / interaction with other project managers
- Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations
Job Requirements: Nice to Haves:
• Experience with Visual Studio 2010
• Experience with Team Foundation Server
• In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET
• Expertise in SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2012
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services
• Training and experience in Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS, versions 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0) programming
• Proficiency with AJAX
• Proficiency with HTML and XHTML
• Proficiency with JavaScript
• Proficiency with CSS
• SharePoint administration and configuration skills
• Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools)
• Experience working with software and hardware vendors
• Experience working in state government
• Experience working with Data Centers
• Governance

• Project Portfolio Management
