Responsibilities:
* The BI Architect Business Objects role is accountable for the proper design and implementation of any reporting tools in use in the context of the specific tools/applications, the DW strategy and the current set of reporting and information delivery requirements.
* Ability to work with business users and business executives to capture information needs for their operational and strategic business needs
* Ability to analyze and categorize these requirements to see what types of BI technologies will meet the requirements
* Ability to design BI architecture using various technology options like standard reporting, exploratory/analytical capabilities, Relational OLAP(ROLAP), cubes (MOLAP) and hybrid (HOLAP) and data mining based on the business requirements
* Understanding of BI Tools and Technologies market and ability evaluate tools
* Ability to design new, or amend existing, information delivery/reporting tool infrastructures:
