Job Description :
Ø Technical Specialist 2
Ø Primarily responsibility is to support client's Microsoft Exchange environment.
Primary responsibilities will include:
· Assist primary Exchange Administrator with the support of our existing Exchange 2010 environment
· Assist and mentor junior Exchange Administrator
· Recommend best practices and improvements to our existing environment
· Develop standards and documentation of current and new mail related processes
· Must be available onsite during normal business hours when our primary Exchange Administrator is scheduled to be out of the office.
· Evening and weekend work may be required to perform system maintenance or upgrades
· Travel is not required for this position
Experience :
| Ø Experience with day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of a MS Exchange 2007 or newer environment | |||
| Ø Experience deploying a multi-site highly available Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment utilizing multiple CAS and DAG servers |
| Ø Experience supporting a Microsoft Active Directory 2003 / 2008 R2 environment including DNS, DHCP, WINS | |||
| Ø Highly skilled in troubleshooting email issues from the source to the desktop including undeliverable message, missing messages |
| Ø Highly skilled in troubleshooting email issues from the source to the desktop including messages incorrectly marked as spam, corrupt mailboxes, etc. | |||
| Ø Experience developing Power Shell scripts to manage the Microsoft Exchange environment |
| Ø Strong documentation skills | |||
| Ø Experience in implementing and managing an Office 365 deployment |
| Ø Experience migrating an existing Exchange 2010 environment to Exchange 2013 | |||
| Ø Experience with VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization |
| Ø Experience managing an Infoblox DNS/ DHCP appliance | |||
| Ø Experience deploying and managing Trend Micro Anti-Virus/Spam Filter |
| Ø Experience with other Microsoft Technologies (System Center, SQL, Share Point, F5 Load Balancing) |
