QA Manual Tester
Rate: $40/Hr on CTC AI
1 yrs contract
Houston, TX
• 5+ years conducting QA testing
• Depth in testing methods and strong web testing technical abilities
• Experience with reviewing development's unit or low-level tests
• Communication must be stellar
o Working as a highly productive member within a collaborative testing team utilizing Agile Scrum
o Must be able to explain technical testing concepts to wide audience (technical, PM's, executive managers)
o Must be confident in abilities to do job and make decisions within their control
o Must have high technical aptitude with web technologies (not just UI testing)
• Self-starter and has initiative to ask questions and analyze testing needs
• Must be able to demonstrate continuous progress within an aggressive timeline
QA Automation Tester
Rate: $40/Hr on CTC AI
1 yr contract
Houston, TX
• 5+ years' experience developing strategies to optimize functional and non-functional test coverage by leveraging test automation and/or testing tools
• 5+ years' experience in C# developing robust and reusable, data driven automated tests
• Experience with ate a minimum Visual Studio 2010 required. Experience with Visual Studio 2012 a plus.
• Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Test Manager and Lab Manager.
• Communication must be stellar
o Working as a highly productive member of a collaborative Agile Scrum team
o Must be able to explain technical testing concepts to wide audience (technical, PM's, executive managers)
o Must be confident in abilities to do job and make decisions within their control
• Deep technical knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Coded-UI and object-oriented coding languages.
• Experience with web technologies and JavaScript a plus.
• Experience working in a Test-Driven Development environment, reviewing unit tests (created by developers) and gauging overall quality and code coverage required.
• Working knowledge and experience with runtime memory analysis and code profiling tools
• Experience designing and developing custom test harnesses for enterprise solutions in a Windows Server environment
• Experience modeling and building test data for enterprise applications using automated techniques
• Strong understanding of automated build processes/practices and code management techniques
