Position: Business Analyst - Financial Services
Location: Downtown Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 13 months
Role & Responsibilities:
Business Analyst with light project management responsibilities.
· Majority of projects are run with an agile approach using SCRUM with the exception of upgrades (those are run in a waterfall fashion).
· Need to do documentation work associated with requirements.
· Will be involved with 12 projects planned for 2014.
· The BA will work with the Trade Operations team which is on the business side.
· Will work with both the business team and the IT team (developers and PM). PM responsibilities will be light, mostly documenting and assisting Primary PM
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Having Trade Operations experience is a plus.
· Need to have formal BA experience, experience with both Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall.
· Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with a team but also be self driven.
