Overall experience:  7
Experience in a leadership role within the past 4 years:  4
Experience leading other Business Analysts in eliciting, defining and documenting system and user requirements:  2
Experience eliciting , defining and documenting systems and user requirements:  4
Experience working directly with end users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance:  4
Experience translating customer needs into formal business requirements:  4
Experience interviewing non-technical end users to determine and document current business processes:  3
Experience in Business Process Re-engineering:  2
Experience using Visio to create business processes flows including standard flowcharts and swim lane diagrams:  3
Experience creating test conditions , test cases and test scenarios: 3
Experience analyzing end user needs and conducting fit gap analysis: 4
Experience as a Technical BA on a complete SDLC thru completion on a minimum of 2 SDLC or implementation projects:  4
Experience using Project management software(Microsoft Project, Clarity ) to develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure: 4
Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) as a business requirements tracking tool:  4
Experience in systems process and data mapping as well as proficiency in the creation of detailed documents:  4
Need to show at least 1 year experience with an organization as large as DPS:  4
Experience transferring BA knowledge to staff:  4
