Position: Java Portal Developer

Location: Groton, CT 

Duration:  3- 6months

Description: 

Skill Set Strong skills in Java, J2EE and associated technologies.        

Experience in Java Portlets, Struts, JSPs and XML.         

Prior Experience of working in a large support and maintenance environment.       

Excellent and matured communication skills required at client side and interpersonal skills.        

Familiarity with clinical and Pharma domain would be a plus point.

Good to Have Experience with Apache, Weblogic andor JBoss technologies.             

Good knowledge in Oracle 10g or higher (PLSQL).             

Experience with large, global health science applications will be considered.             

Trend and impact analysis to recommend remediation improvements based on their implications on IT maintenance and business use.

Roles and responsibilities Lead the technical implementation of all requested application changes.        

Work very closely with the offshore team to assign the tasks
