· Experience of working in ECC systems and related connectivity scenarios using SLT
· Experience in Performance tuning
· Printer Administration, Creation, deletion, Spool related tasks and troubleshooting
· System copies / Database refresh in ECC,SCM systems and Kernel upgrade
· Setting up and testing of DR system
· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Good Communication Skill
