Duration:12-18 month contract

Screening Guidance for Logging:
Knowing the advanced filtering of logging framework to support filtering based on data context, regular expressions
and other components in the log event. Also, if you see resumes with one or more of these logging tools
Fuentd, Elastic Serach and Kibanna,etc) would be a big plus.
Feedback From 1st interview:
· Her responses were vague on describing her past experiences with web service.
· She has very basic knowledge of logging
· She does not have experience in GWT
· Cindy described Prod Support and asked Lakshmi twice if she would mind doing some Prod Support as part of
the job. but Lakshmi did not seem to understand it - she replied that she does not mind working with old tools.
· Also she seemed to focus that she has a lot of experience gathering requirements, but we are not looking
for that role.
Project Information:
· IPS (Integrated Product Solutions) Pharmacy Messaging System for Pharmacy & Health Plan Accumulators Integration
· Application development & support responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following in relation to Production support and Project delivery:
· Cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot and correct software & system issues (App Dev, Infrastructure, QA, Business, Clients & 3rd Parties)
· Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation for assigned tasks
· Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Ensure work meets functional & quality expectations within given timelines
· Create design & support documentation
Technologies and Tools:
• Java 1.7 (J2EE: JMS)
• View: JSP
• Frameworks: Spring
• Web Services: SOAP (80%) and RESTful (20%)
• JDBC
• MVC: GWT for UI
• DB: SQL
• App Server: Websphere
• Deployment: Ant, Gradle
• Testing: JUnit, Mock, Mockito, Logging, SOAP UI
• ETL/Scripting: IBM Stack/WAS
Development Methodology:
No formal methodology in this group – more support so they work on the fly.
Skills Needed:
• 7+ Years Java/J2EE web development Experience
• Webphere
• Web services (SOAP a must)
• Logging experience
• EJB’s
• UI Development experience (GWT preferred but not a must)
Special Notes:
• GWT a big plus.
• Strong understanding with development principles.
• Continous Integration a nice to have.
