Critical opening on Peoplesoft

Hi all,

I desperately need two candidates for this opening today by 1pm ET, please help me out if you can. Candidates MUST be techno-functional and strong with NA Payroll

Position: PeopleSoft HCM Technical/Functional Consultant
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 6 months (@least) / Monday-Friday on site at client site
 
All selected candidates will be required to participate in a video conference interview. 
        
 
Top Three Technical Skills/Experience:
  1. Minimum 3 to 5 years supporting the PeopleSoft HCM module on version 9.1
  2. Minimum 3 to 5 years supporting the PeopleSoft Payroll for North America module on version 9.1
  3. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience using PeopleCode, Application Package PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleTools, and SQR

Engagement Description:

  • Support the PeopleSoft Modules: HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll for North America, eProfile, eBenefits, Manager Self Service
  • Demonstrates the ability to work with end-users and translate business needs into system requirements
  • Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions to highly complex PeopleSoft system issues
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently as well as multiple high priorities concurrently
  • Demonstrated experience in working with Oracle Customer Support to resolve support tickets

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years functional/technical experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM including experience supporting version 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.51
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years providing functional/technical support of the following modules: HR, Payroll for North America and Benefits Administration.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years demonstrated knowledge in the following areas: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, SQR, Application Engine, Application Messaging, PS Query, SQL
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years supporting PeopleSoft upgrades
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years testing PeopleSoft customizations and PeopleSoft upgrades including developing test plans and documenting test cases
  • Experience implementing PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleCode, Application Package PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleTools, and SQR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Perform configuration and implementation of system changes
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills

Preferred Experience:

  • PeopleSoft version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.53
  • PeopleSoft Testing Framework and PeopleSoft XMLP Experience would be a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required. 
  • Master's Degree in related field preferred
