10+ years of experience in performance engineering with commercial business-oriented software applications.

Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills:

Tahrough hands on experience in Load Runner Tool

Expertise in Performanace test statergy & Plan design

1-Develop Performance and capacity models.

2-Develop project estimates as part of the concept and project planning process.

3-Define key metrics and instrumentation for measuring and monitoring Performance and capacity.

4-identify trends through the use of metrics to forecast quality and release readiness.

5-Design and implement Performance and capacity testing solutions using a variety of third party and custom tools in a distributed highly available environment

6-Troubleshoot complex configuration, infrastructure, networking, and application problems that could impact the Performance or capacity of our system.

7-Provide release Performance assessments and proactively communicate risks and dependencies which may impact the reliability, Performance and/or availability of the product.

Roles & Responsibility

Providing strategic guidance for future direction of the Performance Center of Excellence (PCOE).

 Providing guidance and oversight for improvements to software measurement, metrics and analytical techniques

Being responsible for the development of test strategies for projects that may span multiple products, technologies and test disciplines.

Working closely with LexisNexis and vendor resources to ensure test cases and acceptance criteria adhere to requirements and are accurately validated during the certification process

3- Mentoring skills necessary to Provide support and constructive Performance feedback

Eduaction Qualification:

Bachelors or Master's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Engineering, Computer Science, and/or related fields of Engineering or IT.
