Position: QA Engineer with HP ALM Exp
Location: Alpharetta, GA.
Duration: 6+ Month On-Site contract plus extension

Interview mode: Phone than Skype.

Must Have Workflow experience 

Job Description:
Strong individual that can work well with individuals and development teams on tool adoption and process adherence.
Candidate will work with governance group and project teams on identifying issues, process changes, and reporting.
Individual will have to address governance with consideration to company culture and Enterprise standards and process.
Candidate will need to be able to speak to groups and coach one on one.
Individual will need to be organized, a self-starter, that needs minimal direction on tasks and can follow through to completion with collaboration and appropriate escalation when needed.

Experience:
5+ years in QA
5+ years of Development experience with .Net or Java or equivalent
5+ years of strong sql experience
5+ years of workflow experience
5+ years of design pattern or equivalent
Oracle certification is preferred

5+ years as lead, driving teams through SDLC process and execution.
Experience with Test Tools for manual execution HP v10 or 11 preferred
Experience in developing and improving QA methods, techniques and process
Administrative knowledge of ALM work flows, maintenance and customization
Technical ability to assess and evaluate manual test cases for type, content and re-usability
Ability to produce reports on productivity, asset re-use, and traceability against HP database
Implementation and governance of a developing framework in Test Plan, Test Lab, Requirements
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience with large scale projects where levels are Enterprise, Program and sub-program
Work with large teams of 10plus QA members on/off shore
Experience in training, coaching and system support.
