Required background:
Client uses Test Complete for an automation tool, also Selenium, and QTP
Developer or quality engineer very experienced or expert in javascripting to perform automated testing in Alexandria, VA.
Our automation engineers interact with developers and other stakeholder groups to define, document, analyze, and implement automated testing for new, complex applications and planned modifications.
Recommends strategy and improvements in automation scripts for efficient usage.
Requires a B.S. in computer science or a related field and 5+ years of hands-on test experience, primarily in automation.
Must possess systems analysis skills, and the aptitude to lead efforts for identifying functional problems and resolutions, as well as train others in the creation of automated scripts and trouble-shooting issues.
As the successful candidate for this position, you must have extensive hands-on experience working with automation tools such as TestComplete, Quick Test Pro, Selenium, and SOAP UI.
