Responsibilities
· Managing assigned projects.
· Eliciting and verifying business requirements.
· Eliciting and verifying system requirements.
· Documenting Project Plans.
· Assisting in the management of contracts including contract storage and retrieval, time line management, as well as contractor evaluations.
· Assisting with and facilitating communications.
Skills Needed:
· Minimum 60 months managing projects related to the health care industry.
· Minimum 60 months direct experience with analysis and documentation of business systems or processes by describing relevant factors including work flow processes, data input and output activities, descriptions of data elements, and overall program goals, objectives, and external considerations, such as federal and state mandates.
· Minimum 60 months direct experience writing deliverables, including business and functional requirements as well as design, development, testing and deployment plans.
· Minimum 60 months direct experience facilitating requirements sessions with business/program subject matter experts.
· Minimum 60 months documenting Project Plans (business case, charter, scope, communications plan, schedule, risk management plan, issue log)
· Minimum 48 months assisting with and facilitating communications, which requires the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
