Engagement Description:

Serve as Delivery Manager for Key and complex initiatives. This person will be responsible and accountable for successful end-to-end project delivery as measured by: On-Time, On-Budget, With Quality and Customer Satisfaction. 

Duties / Responsibilities

Top Three Skills/Experience

?Proven experience successfully managing complex IT initiatives in the financial industry, either directly (banking or investment firm) or indirectly (serving Treasury function at the corporate level) - 10 Years

?Proven experience successfully managing large teams of diverse resources ? 10 Years

?Proven experience collaborating at the VP level ? 5 Years

Required Skills/Experience

?Demonstrated strong leadership skills 

?Minimum 10 years experience running IT projects

?IT experience within the  financial industry experience  required, IT experience in banking, investment firm or treasury function at the corporate level preferred

?Proven experience managing large multimillion dollar projects that have significant business implications

?Proven experience as a key participant and/or managing large-scale COTS initiatives

?Requirements management and scope containment skills 

?Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolutions skills

?Excellent organizational skills including meeting agendas, minutes, documentation, etc

?Excellent oral and written communication skills (English speaking ? required) 

?Proven experience working with and gaining the confidence of technologists

Preferred Skills/Experience

?IT experience in banking, investment firm or treasury function at the corporate level preferred

?Healthcare experience preferred
