Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Description:-
As the Senior Salesforce & Web Developer, you will use Apex and Visualforce, and often leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies. You will also maintain existing complex Apex and Visualforce code, develop unit tests, provide code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality, and help develop specifications such as user stories and designs.
This position is part of the Management Information Systems (MIS) Team here which is responsible for rolling out and supporting internal and external systems, including CRM (Salesforce), CMS, ERP, Marketing Automation & Analytics, database systems, and other internal Information Systems.

Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Application Engineering, or related area preferred.
7+ years salesforce and web development experience
Keen with Salesforce development environment (Apex, Triggers, VisualForce, SOQL, Force.¿com IDE, Migration Tools, and Web Services).
Java, JSP, PHP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks including jQuery
Knowledgeable of SDLC and development processes
3+ years developing applications against relational databases
SQL Server and/or mySQL
Experience building highly scalable consumer facing web sites
Strong knowledge of high transactional environments and caching
Implementation and integration experience with common Force.com solutions (e.g. ExactTarget, Apptus, Pardot, Xactly)
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities
A good understanding of the security processes, standards & issues involved in web applications.
Understanding of the architectural principals of web based platforms including SaaS and application servers.
Review and understand business needs and requirements and create functional prototypes to address them
Experience with Agile development practices
Excellent oral and communications skills and a commitment to transparency in all communications and relationships.
Startup company experience a big plus.
