TECHNICAL SKILLS - MANDATORY

·         Technology Architecture Implementation, Technology Troubleshooting – 5+  years of experience

Technical Skills – Preferred (3-4 years of experience)

·         Application Design & Architecture

·         Database Design and Build

·         ECM Solution Architecture

·         J2EE Architecture

·         XML

·         XML Web Service Standards (SOAP/WS-*)

·         JDBC (Java Database Connectivity)

·         Execution Architectures

·         Version Change Control Tools  and Change Control Management/Administration

·         Database Performance Design & Management

·         Linux

·         Unix scripting

·         UNIX-Sun Solaris

·          SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)

Responsibilities

• Define the technical (development, execution, operation) architecture of enhancement releases. Lead technical planning, system design and provide implementation guidance.

• Define system execution and change control process of enhancement releases. Maintain application development tools, and development configuration management software stack.

•Provide conceptual Infrastructure enhancement design for future release. 

•Coordinate with activities with DoITT, HHS-Connect and other City's agencies IT resources

Education:  Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience; 5 years in information systems implementation change management efforts or business process redesign
