Owings Mills, MD 21117.
Duration: 6-12+ Month On-Site contract plus extension

Interview mode: Phone than F2F.

Job Description:
•             Knowledge of ALM
•             BA skills, working on both business and IT side.
•             Relationship skills, involved in JAD and requirement sessions.
•             Facets, healthcare industry- a big plus.
•             HP QC, HTML- required.
•             Interview process- phone screens with HM, in person interviews will be with HM and team. Decision will be made by HM and director. In person interviews are required.
•             Looking to hire 2 people. 1 sr. and open to the second one being a jr. level.
•             At least 5 years of experience for Sr.
•             Jr. level at least 3 years of experience.
•             Manager will be reviewing resumes as soon as they are submitted.
•             100% on site.

Requirements Manager Responsibilities:
Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Translates business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manages changes to such specifications, and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. Gathers information about the organization's work processes and information flows. Documents existing process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes. Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business groups supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge. Has basic knowledge in functions they support. Has knowledge and background of other technologies and tools. Has basic understanding of business, market and industry issues facing a specific business unit or function. Supports several simple to moderately complex business processes.

Skill sets required:
-Strong leadership skills
-Strong requirements management/requirements elicitation skills
-HP Quality Center experience.
