Job Title : Siebel Business Analyst  with Demantra
Location : Austin, MN

Job Description
Expertise in Demantra Trade Promotion Software tool either as an implementation consultant or Power User.   Would consider someone with Nielsen and / or IRI experience and with some TPM skill-set / focus with TPM teams from one or more of the following companies:  Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, Booz (now Strategy&), Wipro, SAP, Oracle, or other top consulting firms and / or TPM solution providers.

The subcontractor will be expected to perform the following duties and tasks:
Work closely with others in a collaborative fashion as part of a project team that includes both HCC personal and client personnel
Provide Siebel TPM related functional and technical expertise
Participate in TPM functional and technical workshops with client personnel
Attend status meetings, workshops, issues meetings and other project meetings as scheduled
Identify project issues and assist in investigating and resolving assigned issues with the project team
Contribute to weekly status report documenting work performed by the functional team and functional status
Support the development of project Deliverables

TPM business assessment
TPM software comparisons and recommendations of the future state
TPM business processes mapped and documented
Predictive analytics strategy development, documentation and execution plans
TPM / TPO roadmap
