Position: Business Analyst
Location: Woonsocket, RI
Duration: 12+months
Required:-
7+ years experience required
Experience in POS Payments area
Gathering and eliciting requirements and developing process flows
Good understanding of solution landscape and architecture in a Retail environment specially in Store Systems area
Capable of leading customer workshops and work with diverse group business users (both at Store as well as at HQ level) for end user training and documentation
Advanced SQL coding skills
Strong Functional and Business Process knowledge related to POS Payments domain
Experience on at least one E2E implementation of POS business transformation program as a Lead consultant
Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience in working with Retail Grocery customers
