Location: Irvine, CA.

Job Description:
• A total of 10+ years in Information Technology, with 6+ in Solution Architecture role.
• Experience with Global Technology planning with an Asian (Korean preferred) company is very desirable..
• 6+ years Solution architecture experience, using advanced technologies and patterns for application design and development. Overcoming technical obstacles and recommending solutions to business problems in the context of a broader team effort
• Expert in the use of concepts and design of Service Oriented Architecture, distributed computing, high availability, legacy integration, EAI, process automation and workflow.
• Solid grasp of application/system architecture such as Java/J2EE, Struts framework, XML, relational database, Apache Server, Tomcat, Unix, Linux and various Open Source alternatives.
• 3+ years of software development experience using Java/J2EE and related object-oriented analysis/design, UML patterns
• Ability to think creatively, intuitively, and know how to team up with experts within the Captive Finance organization to develop sound system solutions.
• Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical peers and management.
• Experience leading development teams, mentoring team members, and managing projects
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build consensus and work closely with multiple staff members
• Capable of multitasking in a variety of projects situations concurrently in a very dynamic work environment .
