Title:                 SAP CRM Process Designer

Job Description 

Client is looking for a candidate with significant hands-on experience – SAP CRM Process Designer  to be a key contributor on projects and production support initiatives to expand marketing and service functionality of an existing SAP CRM implementation. 

Hand-on development of the designs will be limited and the candidate will fulfill a governance role instead.  As a result, vendor management and outsourcing experience is a must. This role requires strong design, communication/collaboration, and SAP CRM functional skills to positively influence solutions that meet the clients' business needs while adhering to Client standards and industry best practices.

The individual must have a strong background in solution architecture for both standard and customized solutions.  They will be responsible for the definition and alignment of application architecture with business and IT objectives.  The candidate must demonstrate cross functional leadership with the ability to quickly learn existing end-to-end solutions and develop comprehensive designs.  The individual should be able to demonstrate in-depth expertise of the SAP CRM Marketing and Service modules by articulating their configurable aspects and understand high level timelines to implement them.   Should any functionality require customization, the candidate is able to recommend a solution which is configuration driven and can scale well to future business needs.  The candidate is comfortable performing business process mapping, creating/reviewing Business Process Designs and Functional Designs, and leading business process engineering efforts.

Requirements

•             5yearshands-on configuration experience with SAP CRM 5.0 and 7.02 products.

•             3 years' experience with other SAP products.

•             Experience in configuring CRM master and transaction data, preferably for Business Partners, Ibase, Campaigns, Service Contracts, Products, BRF plus, Segment Builder, and External List Management.

•             Strong experience in Segmentation functionality including Marketing Attributes, Attribute Sets, InfoSets, Target Groups, Segmentation Basis, and working with Profiles in the Graphical Modeler.  

•             Experience with TREX and HANA preferred.

•             In-depth experience in customization of CRM WebUI and design of Business Roles.

•             Strong experience with functional security, single/composite roles and role determination

•             Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to express complex business concepts in both technical and non-technical terms.

•             Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

•             Ability to assume significant responsibility and work independently in a distributed cross-functional team environment.

•             Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.

•             Real-world experience with industry-standard project management methodologies for all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.   

•             Adept at creating OSS messages and searching OSS Notes/SDN/other online sources to resolve functional issues.

•             Experience with transport management and transport issue resolution.  Solution Manager experience is preferred.

•             Experience working directly with end-client management on both the IT and business side.
