Relevant Experience

Technical/Functional Skills

• Siebel Configuration, EAI and scripting, Should have strong experience working with Siebel Tools
• Should be well-versed with Siebel best practices. Should have worked on assignment manager, workflows and business services
• Siebel Functional knowledge, preferably in Siebel Financial Services
• Should have end-to-end experience of Siebel implementation
• Excellent Team Player
• Excellent Communication and Documentation skills

Experience Required

Experience of Siebel implementation

Experience in creating Siebel design documents, unit test cases

Roles & Responsibilities

Ability to work independently and take ownership of a task with a little or no supervision

Understand requirements and perform impact analysis

Design and develop one or more modules of the Siebel application

Work in co-ordination with the offshore development team

Ensure adherence to Siebel development standards and guidelines

Must be able work in dynamic environment and have excellent communications skills

Generic Managerial Skills

Achieves the project goals and objectives without compromising quality

Work independently and as part of a team to guide project efforts to ensure high quality deliverables

Prepare Deployment Check-list. 

Prepare and submit progress reports to the Implementation Team leadership.
