Role: Project Manager with (Oracle Inventory / Order Management / Procurement)

Duration: 5 Months

Location: San Jose, CA

Job Description:

·         Lead the project ensuring delivery on-time, within scope and within budget

·         Manage change requests.  Assess impact to scope, schedule and cost; and communicate with key stakeholders

·         Develop a detailed project plan defining project tasks and resource requirements

·         Liaise with resource managers to ensure resources are available to support the timelines within the project schedule

·         Monitor and report on project status to all stakeholders; escalate issues as required

·         Needs to have an understanding of all processes involved and have the ability to confidently challenge others at a level of informed understanding

·         Ability to guide change and influence decision making

·         Maintain a risk register to actively manage items that may impact project cost, quality, scope or schedule

·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

·         Review and approve time cards associated with your project

·         Create Capital Expenditure Request, monitor and report on project financials

·         Submit at minimum one status report per month

·         Liaise with the VMO on vendor quality, experience and cost

·         Partner with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, SOX, and PM standards
