* Experience with Syslog and application log analysis
* Experience with Syslog NG
* Experience with Large data set parsing in Hadoop or Splunk (Splunk preferred)
* Python and Bash scripting skills are a must
* Excellent documentation skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
