- Strong working knowledge of IBM BPM Process Designer tool suite used to develop and deliver Tax applications with SQL Server on the back-end
- Complete familiarity with IBM BPM Process Server
- Ability to implement and support BPM code across Development, Testing, and Production environments
- Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with other vendors, business product owners, architects, business analysts, testers, and program/project managers
