Job Title: Siebel CRM tester
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Details:
- Develop scope document for project
- Document workflow changes needed for project
- Document changes to interfaces for project
- Document changes to configuration for project
- Update training materials
- Train users on any changes to the existing application
- Create use cases for Quality Assurance team
- Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE.
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements
- At least 5 years of overall business analysis experience.
- 2 year experience with software development life cycle
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Power Point, Word
- Proficient in creating mock up screens and design
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic MS SQL queries experience.
- Knowledge of technology especially web based applications, technical design and system infrastructure
- Strong documentation skills (i.e. Business and Functional Requirements, Design documents, and Meeting minutes)
- Demonstrated proficiency in organization and communication
- Ability to understand in detail, new system capabilities and functions
- Very strong technology background with good understanding of application development/methodologies
- Good interpersonal Sills
- Problem solving skills
- Experience with commercial off the shelf (COTS) products
- Experience with .net web services
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with ACCELA system
