Phone screen and possible SKYPE, but don't want to hire without in person.
This is not a single project but under EXAM, RPI, for a few projects. There are 8-10 people developers BAs and QAs. They need 2 people to these projects. One is a replacement and the other is an add on. Senior Tester is additional. From JAVA what is needed – need to understand the CODE, Framework expertise is not needed. Data structures OOP strong technique. Should have some framework experience but interview questions are code questions, OOP principles, focused on Core Programming.
Both are senior positions; first one is a developer to build testing tools and the other is a senior Tester. Load testing and automation testing.
Tester that can code. This is not a scripting role, but someone that can write automation code and write frameworks and use JAVA.
