Leading, mentoring and guiding more than 10 technical resources
Contribute/Own Process governance and Enhancements to the teams projects and processes.
Act as the technical subject matter expert on integrated applications and end to end automation testing
Solve complex issues, escalations for projects or teams
Represent QA in discussions with key stake holders across all aspects of project lifecycle related to RCA, mitigation of project risks, defect triaging and planning
Assist the Quality Assurance management in data gathering for QA metrics and continuous improvements
Be the point of contact for new projects and estimations coming to the team.
Research and recommend new technologies for QA including automation tools
Identify efficiency improvements and enhance understanding of Automation testing
