SAP ARIBA Functional Analyst
Relevant Experience (Yrs)
· Total 8+ Years of experience
· Hands on working experience of at least 5+ years with SAP ARIBA
Necessary Skills
· 5 to 8 years on Procurement Applications with at least 5
years on Ariba Spend Management.
· Experience in developing Interfaces of Ariba with other
applications leveraging Web Services.
· Experience on developing scripts in UNIX and comfortable
working on UNIX.
· Good functional knowledge of Ariba 9r1/9r2 (Upstream
/Downstream) is a Must.
· Experience in customization (AML, Java), configuration of
templates, approval rules, Catalogs etc.
· Implementation experience is must.
· Experience in support of Ariba 9r1/9r2 and experience in
service pack upgrades and version upgrades.
· Excellent communication skills, experience working with Ariba
On-Premise Applications.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated experience with the identification of
risks/issues and recommend mitigating actions.
Desired Skills
· 3-4 years of hands on configuration experience of Ariba and SAP
· 3-4 years of experience of Ariba integration with SAP
Roles & Responsibilities
· End-to-end support and escalation management
· Customer relationship management
· Communication management
· Process compliance management
· Be responsible for providing stewardship to process, support
and maintenance teams
· Be responsible for working with the other IT groups and
maintaining an environment that provides reduced overall complexity
and increased cost efficiency on running of the enterprise platform
· Provide project management for process improvement and value
add initiatives as required
