Role and Responsibilities

·         Provide divisional leadership for HR led strategic projects and centralized support of over 480+ HR vendors

·         Lead a centralized team of HR data and reporting specialists who provide enterprise-wide data and reporting support for Workday, Cornerstone, and Salesforce

·         Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, custom data and report design, dashboard creation, data integrity efforts, configuration, process design, technology enhancements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         Experience with payroll configuration, absence tracking configuration, and time tracking configuration

·         Experience with all benefits configuration

·         Broad Workday consulting skills, knows system architecture intimately including how to configure

·         Ability to observe current system and identify audit reports to improve health of system (e.g. risk mitigation, improved efficiency, etc.)

·         Ability to see things that don't make sense in current configuration based on industry experience with other clients (e.g. other clients utilizing Workday do A, B, C, but Vanguard does D, E, F, which could be enhanced/improved)

·         Must know how to configure AND raise how other clients have used Workday (best practices); Vanguard is committed to Retro, based on other client experience with Retro, Vanguard should do these 3-5 things to optimize value, efficiency, etc.

·         Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong leadership skills
