Technical Analyst/Developer
12+ years of experience with Object Oriented Analysis, Design, Development and Architect of Multi-Tier web-based Internet/Intranet and distributed applications.

• Specific experience in Capital Markets Broker/Dealer Bonds Back-Office processing.
• 5+ years of experience with NYBOSS application development, including in-depth experience in the NYBOSS core services (including DTR, State, Configuration).
• Expert knowledge of C# and .Net Framework (4.0 and above).
• 3+ years of experience in MS SSRS reporting development.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
• Excellent knowledge of database design and SQL development, including Service Broker.
• Strong multi-threading concepts.
• Working knowledge of WCF, WPF (or Silverlight) and SOA.
• Knowledge of SQL Server Change Data Capture (CDC), Query Notification (QN), and triggers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in creating technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently with development team, Business Users, Project Manager, Business Analysts.
• Ability to define and create technical design documents, technical test plan, and other technical documentation.
