Required Qualifications:
•Strong working knowledge of Oracle sql and pl/sql programming languages
•Good understanding of system and application infrastructure and database architecture
•Moderate experience with scripting tools
•Excellent attention to detail
•Proven ability to analyze business and technical requirements and deliver output based on those requirements
•Experience with Microsoft Office and general desktop tools
•Strong communication skills in technical and non‐technical vernacular
Preferred Qualifications:
•Healthcare/health plan experience
•Strong experience in ETL tools such as Datastage
•Experience in data modeling tools such as Power Designer
