Position: PEGA BA

Loaction: Phoenix, AZ, /Basking Ridge, NJ

Contract

Primary Responsibilities:

Ability to create and maintain quality reporting and tracking tools

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.

Requirements:

2 + years Managed care or PBM

Basic proficiency in MS/Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pharmacy Claims experience

Well-rounded business knowledge including Standard Prior Authorization process

Knowledge of Prior Authorization Case turnaround times (TAT)

Bachelor's degree

Retail or Hospital experience preferred

Well-rounded knowledge of the Pega or Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) application

Knowledge of Center for Medicare Services (CMS) Regulations
