Urgent requirement for Technical analyst (Quality Assurance)

Jayne Tran Technical Engineering has an opening within the Quality Assurance team for the role of Quality Assurance

 Performance Analyst. Quality Assurance is a team within the Technical Engineering organization that provides testing services for the ICP/TP platform and infrastructure components. It is critical to have a combination of technical expertise and the ability to navigate the organization to effectively build relationships.

Serves as liaison/ambassador to support quality of the Integrated Customer Platform/Technical Platform.

*Is a subject matter expert for the infrastructure performance testing and deliverables.

*Provides performance testing and consults to various teams within ICP/TP.

*Strong ability to uncover performance related defects and perform root cause analysis.

*Able to work independently to manage assigned workflow of test activities.

*Ability to work well with a team, collaborating on test design and troubleshooting activities.

 *Creates and maintains test documentation for each testing effort (eg. Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Summary, etc.).

 *Ensures timely completion of appropriate and accurate testing deliverables throughout the project life cycle.

*Is accountable for identifying, documenting and managing risks and defects associated to the products (with escalation).

*Keeps the Test Manager/Lead informed of all issues that may need to be escalated.

 *Seeks to understand and remain current on technology.

*Provides technical assistance in evaluating new solutions.

*Validates and verifies that solutions meet performance requirements.

*Seeks opportunities to execute performance tests, and works with product owners to establish test goals.
